Options are grayed out in Resolve 15. Nothing under View, nothing under Clip, nothing under Gallery. Read the fine manual. Resolve won't make the Dual Screen menus active unless it thinks there are really 2 screens, and it only does that check when the app is launched. If you have launched Resolve after you have the iMac acting as a second screen, and the Dual Screen menus are grayed out, then apparently Resolve does not think that's an actual second screen.Then the controls should be available. Be aware that only the studio version of Resolve includes access to all OFX plugins. If you have the free version, you might not be able to use that sharpen plugin. You either changed the location resolve is looking at in the project settings, or deleted the cache files. So resolve shows you a media offline warning, while the original footage is of course ....
